Skin Deep is an 11 metre catamaran, purpose built dive boat. She is licensed for 12 divers/guests, 2 crew and up to 60 miles off shore, with AIS, plotters and sonar.
The boat has – side door access for easy loading, kiting-up benches, space underneath, seating area in wheelhouse, changing & bag stowage, dry area down below, marine toilets, kettle/boiler, microwave, dive lift at the back for easy exit and safe retrieval of divers also enabling less abled divers to enjoy the waters.
Specifications
You can dive warships, submarines old sailing ships and well basically anything you want. Some wrecks are not too far offshore and we can normally dive whatever the weather as we have some sheltered locations. Here is a small selection to wet your appetite. Technical divers have used Skin Deep since the early 1990’s when the mixed gas revolution first swept mainstream diving and it’s these divers that have opened up many of the offshore deeper wrecks.
